Who are you?
We are a brother and sister team and 4th generation butchers at Main Street Quality Meats, which provides a variety of meats to restaurants all over Utah. Read more on our About page.
How do we prepare our meat for shipping?
We take freshly sourced meat, cut it into portions, vacuum seal every piece separately and then flash-freeze it. Your meat is packed with dry ice in an insulated freezer bag and the box is delivered right to your door.
Where is the meat sourced from?
56 Cutz is a partner with Main Street Quality Meats, our family-owned business in Salt Lake City, Utah. All of our meat is antibiotic/hormone free and humanely raised. Our beef is free-range, local Certified Hereford Beef®. Our chicken is from Main Street Poultry®, locally sourced since 1956. The rest of our items are local as well.
Main Street Quality Meats is S.Q.F. (Safe Quality Food) certified. This is achieved through a voluntary inspection program that goes far and beyond our U.S.D.A F.S.I.S. inspection. We are also the only small meat processor in the area to be certified by the Global Food Safety Initiative. The Food Safety Certification requirements provide a rigorous system to manage food safety risks and to provide safe products.

How do I track my package?
We ship within 3-4 business days of your online order. You will receive a tracking number and emails that trace your box on its way.
How do I change the items on my current subscription?
Log in to your account and cancel your old subscription. Then create a new subscription with the items you want.
